We have two apartments with capacity for three people, each one with a spacious bedroom, kitchen-dining room and bathroom.
They are located just 20 meters from the main avenue, where you will find most of the restaurants, bars and shops, and 100 meters from the main trails (Laguna Capri, Campamento Poincenot, Laguna De Los Tres, among others).

Our apartments are brand new: we open in January 2023!
They have central heating by radiators, black out curtains to ensure privacy and a good rest. For your peace of mind, they have smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Just 20 meters from the main avenue, with private and independent access.
Bedroom
Spacious, box spring bed, blackout curtain, pillows, additional blankets and closet.
Kitchen
Electric stove with two burners, jug, toaster and electric oven, under counter refrigerator and necessary utensils.
Bath
Shower with tempered glass screen, bidet, shampoo, rinse, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper and towels.
Keep in mind
The entrance is private and independent, the entire plot belongs to the property.
Free parking on public street
WiFi Internet 24 hours.
Radiator heating.
Daily cleaning service.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets not allowed.
