At Ovo Patagonia, safety and comfort are our priority. If weather conditions include wind gusts of 100 km/h or higher, the overnight experience will be modified: access to the modules will only be possible until dinner, after which guests will need to stay overnight at an alternative accommodation provided by our company, according to our protocols.
Insurance coverage and physical fitness
The policy covers only individuals aged 14 to 65, without exception. Participants are also required to be in good physical condition for mountain activities, considering the elevation gain and the demands of the trekking that are part of the experience. If you are traveling with minors or adults outside the age range, or with individuals with physical limitations, you must notify us in advance so we can assess alternative arrangements.
Rescheduling policy
Our priority is your safety and enjoyment of the experience. Therefore, if weather conditions include wind gusts exceeding 100 km/h (or situations classified as Wild Night), the activity will be suspended. In any case, no refunds will be issued: you can reschedule within the season or receive a credit for a future trip..
