The history of body massage is well documented in many historical texts and although it is very difficult to determine the specific time of their origin, it is possible to reach a clear and concise conclusion: "massage is as old as human beings" or, said otherwise, it exists from the origin of prehistoric man, and that has been demonstrated thanks to drawings and contraptions found belonging to the period of prehistory.

We offer two options for massage, one hour or 30 min.

In the one hour option you received a very complete massage. Areas of the body such as the back (lumbar, thoracic and cervical), shoulders, arms and legs are worked to achieve recovering and relaxing. Also complements the hands reflexology treatment and facial massage, achieving complete care of your entire body. This can be combined with any of our services to achieve total relaxation of body and mind.

In the 30 min option you can chose between working back or legs. So we can work one area deeply.

This bed provided with a jade stone shaped roller, through heat and pressure, helps the body:

We have 6 Jacuzzis from which you can relax body and mind enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains.

These are of great help:

Stimulate blood circulation, relax muscles and open the pores helping to eliminate toxins and combat fatigue and stress.
Relieves pain such as bursitis, arthritis or any bone or muscular. Are recommended for recovery of fractures and sprains.
Assist in the elimination of cellulites.

Not advisable for pregnant ladies within 3 months of gestation.

The treatments last approximately 1 hour and are made with last generation Exel products. They include: cleaning, exfoliation, toning, facial massages, specific mask and finalization. Some are conditioned to the time of year.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a well-known treatment for the general well-being of the body. The pressotherapy machine is even more powerful than manual treatment. Apply an arnica lotion and you will feel a very relaxing and revitalizing pressure.

The BENEFITS of pressure therapy treatment: it stimulates lymphatic drainage and venous return, reduces cellulite, helps with weight loss, eliminates toxins, reduces leg pain, improves varicose veins, improves cellular oxygenation, etc.
