Welcome to Chalten Camp restaurant!
This season, Chaltén Camp takes a new step in shaping its culinary identity with the arrival of chef Martín Lukesch, who joins us as our culinary advisor, leading the creative direction of the Camp’s cuisine and bringing new depth and character to our gastronomic experience.
Martín is a well-known figure in Argentine gastronomy, with a solid background and extensive experience in top restaurants both in Argentina and abroad.
He’s been part of renowned restaurant teams and has also worked as a consultant, helping design culinary concepts for some of the country’s leading hotels.
Today, he runs his own restaurant, where he’s built a reputation for honest, soulful cooking that stays true to its roots.
At Chaltén Camp, Martín brings his refined sensibility and deep respect for ingredients to every dish.
His approach is inspired by the rhythm of the mountains: simple, comforting dishes prepared with traditional techniques that highlight the natural flavor of each ingredient and celebrate authenticity.
The clay oven is the heart of our kitchen — where breads, meats, and vegetables are slow-cooked, filling the air with smoky, homey aromas that turn every meal into a sensory experience.
