At elchalten.com (the "Site", "we"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits it. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, for what purpose, how we use it, and what rights you have over your personal data, in compliance with Argentina's Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations.

By using the Site, you accept the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

2.1. General browsing of the Site

The Site does not require user registration at any point. You can browse elchalten.com, look up information about destinations, hotels, agencies, transport and other content without needing to create an account or provide personal data.

2.2. Provider contact forms

elchalten.com offers various forms so you can get in touch directly with our providers (hotels, travel agencies, restaurants, transport companies or other tourism providers). Depending on the form, the following data is requested:

• "Send Email" form: name, email and message.
• "Booking request" form: name, email, desired booking date, and number of people.
• Other forms: in addition to the data above (name, email, desired date and number of travelers), the transport service request form also asks for origin and destination.

This data is necessary so the message or request can be sent to the corresponding provider, who is ultimately the recipient of your inquiry or booking request.

No other personal data (such as ID number, phone number, physical address or payment details) is requested or collected through these forms, unless you choose to include it voluntarily in the message field.

2.3. Email auto-reply

The only contact you receive from elchalten.com is an auto-reply email, confirming that your message or request was successfully sent to the provider you chose. This email includes the same data you entered in the corresponding form (for example, name, email and message; or name, email, booking date and number of travelers; or origin and destination, depending on the case), as a record for you.

3. Purpose of data processing

The data collected through the forms is used exclusively to:

• Send your message or booking request to the provider (hotel, agency, transport company, etc.) you selected, so they can contact you and handle your request.
• Send you the auto-reply email confirming your message was sent.

We do not use your name, email or other form data for any purpose other than those mentioned, nor do we build behavioral profiles from them.

4. Sharing data with third parties

To fulfill the purpose described in the previous section, your data is shared with two types of third parties:

(a) The provider you selected (hotel, agency, transport company, etc.), who receives your name, email and the rest of the data from the form you filled out, since they are the final recipient of your message or request. These providers act as independent controllers regarding how they subsequently use your data, and may have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them when you interact directly with them.

(b) Our transactional email delivery provider, the platform we use to send emails (both the message to the provider and your auto-reply email). This provider acts as a data processor on behalf of elchalten.com, and keeps a log of emails sent according to its own retention policies.

Outside of these two cases, elchalten.com does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses only Google Tag Manager (GTM) cookies. Google Tag Manager is a tool that lets us manage and deploy other measurement tags or scripts on the Site (for example, analytics tools), without this necessarily involving the installation of additional cookies by GTM itself.

• Purpose: technical tag management for the Site's proper operation and measurement.
• Data that may be collected: technical browsing information (for example, device type, browser, pages visited), without identifying you by name.
• Provider: Google LLC. You can review Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how this company processes data.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Keep in mind this may affect the operation of some parts of the Site.

6. Data retention

elchalten.com does not store your data in its own database. The data you enter in the forms is used only to generate and send the email to the provider and your auto-reply email, and is not kept in our systems.

The only record that may persist is the email delivery log kept by our transactional email delivery provider, for a limited time, according to its own data retention policies.

7. Data subject rights

Under Law No. 25,326, you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data.

Since elchalten.com does not keep your data in its own database, exercising these rights mainly concerns the record kept by our email delivery provider, as data processor on our behalf. You can exercise your rights by writing to us at privacidad@elchalten.com, stating your name and the data your request refers to; we will handle the request together with that provider as needed.

We will respond within the timeframes set by applicable regulations.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) -Argentina's Personal Data Protection oversight body under Law No. 25,326- is the enforcement authority for personal data protection in Argentina, and is empowered to handle complaints and claims from data subjects. 8. Information security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data transmitted through our forms against loss, unauthorized access, alteration or improper disclosure, both when it is sent and when it is processed by the providers mentioned in this policy (our email delivery provider and the relevant providers).

9. Minors

The Site is not directed at minors, and we do not intentionally collect data from people under 18 through our forms.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. Any changes will be posted on this same page, indicating the last update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
